I'm Leeann, and I know firsthand how life can throw obstacles in the way of fitness.
After multiple surgeries forced me to take time off from the gym, I finally got the all-clear to train again. I couldn’t wait to get back—not just to moving, but to feeling strong and comfortable in my own body again. This time, I decided to take a different approach: I trained like an athlete, ate like an athlete, and rested like an athlete—just to see what would happen.
The results? Life-changing. Not only did my body transform, but so did my mindset and relationship with food and fitness. Working with a coach who had already achieved the goals I was setting for myself gave me the structure and knowledge I needed, but the biggest game-changer was dialing in my nutrition. Learning how to fuel my body properly felt like unlocking a shortcut to my goals.
That experience turned me into a full-fledged nutrition nerd, and I’ve loved learning how to optimize my body through food and movement. When people started asking me what my secret was, I realized I wanted to share what I had learned.
That’s how Born For Motion was created—a way to connect with others who want to become their best, offering the support, guidance, and encouragement that helped me so much on my own journey.
